How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, simply select the items you wish to order and add them to your shopping cart. Then fill in your details and continue by selecting your payment method (payment by bank deposit, credit or debit card, cash on delivery). After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
It is not necessary to create an account to place an order, but having an account allows you to save your personal information and view previous orders. Please note that we do not store payment details in your account. You can create an account by selecting the account icon in the top right corner or when placing an order.
Do you charge VAT?
By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Greece. The tax rate will be determined by the exact delivery address and will be displayed when you place your order. Customers in other EU countries may be exempt from taxes.
Shipping
All orders within Greece are shipped by courier with the following pricing:
- For small items (electrical switches, clothing, various goods) – €9.00
- For large items (chargers and cables) — €25.00
- For bulky items (uprights) -€80.00
All orders outside Greece are shipped with the following pricing:
- For small items (electrical switches, clothing, various goods) – €15.00
- For large items (chargers and cables) – €45.00
- For bulky items (uprights) – €100.00
The estimated delivery time for products is 4 to 10 days.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours for products that are immediately available.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an informational email with the tracking number. Please note that it may take more than 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated after your order has been shipped.
Do I need to pay additional taxes or duties?
There are no additional customs duties for all countries within the EU. For countries outside the EU, as the recipient, you are liable for all additional customs duties and local taxes imposed by the country to which you are sending the order. Payment of these is necessary for your order to be released from customs upon arrival.
