Order Cancellation Policy

The consumer has the right to cancel their order without justification if they submit the relevant cancellation request between the time the order is placed and before the order is shipped from our company’s warehouse to the customer. The cancellation request must be sent by email to chargers@evloader.com as soon as possible after the order is placed.

If the request for cancellation of the order is submitted in a timely manner before the products are shipped, our company will not ship the products, will cancel the order, and will refund the customer the full amount, including shipping costs.

Refund and product return policy

The consumer has the right to withdraw without justification within 14 calendar days of receiving the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by Joint Ministerial Decision Z1-891/2013). If 14 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange the product.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and the original packaging must remain sealed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the product and whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again and then contact your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to appear. If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at chargers@evloader.com.

Replacement of products for return/inspection

We only replace products that are defective or damaged. If your product needs to be replaced with the same one, please email us at chargers@evloader.com and send the product to the following address: Dolianis 29, Marousi 151 24.

Shipping products

Products intended for return must be sent to the address provided after contacting 2108053290 and chargers@evloader.com

The return of products is at your own expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund.

Delivery times vary depending on the location to which the shipment is sent.

If you are returning valuable items, we recommend that you use a shipping service that allows you to track your package or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the package you are returning.
