Tap Map at the bottom of the screen. Every EV Loader station you can use appears as a pin.

Tap a pin and a card appears with:
Tap Charge to open the station and go on to Your first charge.
A few pins sit slightly off the real entrance, usually where a charger is inside a hotel car park or behind a gate. We are correcting these as we find them. If a pin sends you to the wrong spot, tell us which station and we will fix it.
Not every charger you see in the wild is an EV Loader charger, and a few EV Charging Points on our own network have been installed but are not switched on in the platform yet. If a charger is physically there but does not appear on the map, it is not one you can start from the app.
You may also find our stations listed on PlugShare, which many drivers use to plan a route. Starting a session still happens in the EV Loader app.
No. Advance booking is not offered. You arrive and charge when a plug is free, which is why the Available Plugs count on the map is worth a look before you set off.
One thing that genuinely helps everyone: only press Charge Now once your cable is actually plugged in. Starting a session before you plug in holds the charger and blocks the next driver.
