There is no charge limit on the EV Loader side, and chargers are not normally set to stop at a percentage. The station has no idea what your battery percentage is: it delivers energy and the car decides when to stop.
So a session that consistently ends near a round number is almost always one of two things.
Most electric cars let you set a charge limit, and 80% or 90% is a very common default, recommended for battery longevity on daily use.
Look in the car's charging settings, on the screen or in its app, and raise the limit if you want a full charge. The wording varies: "charge limit", "target state of charge", "maximum charge", "daily / trip".
This is the answer in most cases.
If you paid with tokens, the session stops when the balance is used up, whatever the battery percentage happens to be at that moment. If it stopped at 90% today and 60% next time, this is the likely cause rather than a car setting.
Check your Wallet. To continue, top up and start a new session, or pay by card, which has no ceiling. See Token Wallet.
Worth knowing even when nothing is wrong. Every electric car slows its charging as the battery fills, and the last stretch takes disproportionately long. If you are paying for parking as well as energy, stopping at 80% to 90% is usually the better deal.
