The charger has lost its internet connection, so we cannot send it commands right now.
It does not mean your cable is wrong, and it does not mean the EV Charging Point is broken. The charger is a piece of equipment on somebody else's internet connection, and on some sites that connection is not perfectly stable.
Leave your cable plugged into the car and the charger. Then check the app again in a few minutes.
When the charger comes back online you will see the status change to Preparing, and you can press Charge Now and start normally. You do not need to stand next to the EV Charging Point while you wait, and you do not need to unplug and start again from scratch.
Most of these clear on their own within minutes.
Message us with the station name. From our side we can:
If it is your own charger showing offline, the checks are different, and they start with power and the network. That is covered in the station owner documentation, which you reach by signing in to the owner portal.
