The app shows the plug's own status, reported by the charger itself. Here is what each one means for you.
Free and ready. Plug in and press Charge Now.
The one that confuses everybody, because it means three different things:
If you are standing at it with your own cable in, make sure the cable is fully inserted, then complete the payment.
Energy is flowing. The app shows the duration, the kWh delivered and the current power.
The charger is offering power and the car is not taking it. The station is fine. See "Suspended EV".
The car has finished and we are waiting for the cable to be taken out. Unplug and the plug frees up for the next driver.
The charger has lost its internet connection, so we cannot reach it right now. It does not mean your cable is wrong or the EV Charging Point is broken. See The station shows "Not connected".
The charger is reporting a fault of its own. Some faults clear themselves, particularly overheating on a hot day. If a plug stays faulted, tell us which station and we will look at it or contact the venue.
Held for another driver at this moment. Try the other plug or come back shortly.
