Create your account

You only do this once.

Sign up

1. Open the app and tap My Account, bottom right.
2. Tap Sign up.

You can sign up in three ways, and they all end up at the same account:

• with your email address, by filling in the form
• with Apple
• with Google

If you choose email, fill in your first name, last name, email address, mobile phone and a password, then tap Register.

Activate your account

This step applies only if you signed up with your email address. Signing up with Apple or Google skips it.

We send you an email straight away. Open it and tap Activation. That confirms the address belongs to you and switches the account on.

If the email has not arrived after a few minutes:

• Check your spam or junk folder. This is by far the most common reason.
• Check the address you typed. A typo in the email address means the message went somewhere else entirely.
• Ask for a new one. On the sign in screen, tap Resend activation email.

Until you activate, signing in will fail. It fails with the same message as a wrong password, so if you are sure your password is right, activation is the thing to check. See Sign in and password problems.

Sign in

Once the account is active, sign in with the email address and password you used to register.
